Founder/Principal

Since graduating from Texas Tech University, Caleb has successfully transacted hundreds of industrial real estate deals for the Bates and Myers Co. and his other various ventures. Caleb's partners and associates benefit from a sleeves-rolled-up can-do attitude coupled with nearly a decade of real estate experience. On the weekends you can find him fishing, mending fences or hunting over his bird dog, Tripp.

Ron Kendall, Jr.

Property Management

Ron has a decade of experience in operational controls, project management, and construction with a passion for industrial properties. Ron brings a well-rounded perspective and competitive edge to the company's day-to-day asset management requirements.

When he is not on-site, he is fly-fishing or quail hunting.

Karson Conrad is a native of the Dallas region, and a proud alumnus of Texas State University. Karson believes in the power of personal relationships and hard work. Throughout his career Karson has shown himself to be reliable, knowledgable, and trustworthy. After work you can find Karson hanging out with his dog Steve, or watching the next big football or basketball game.

Floyd Bates

Floyd has been married to his wife Eldonna for 33 years and together they have 5 wonderful children and 7 grandchildren. Floyd has started several successful businesses, but the one he is most proud of is Bates & Myers Company. He still believes and lives by his favorite Scripture, “The integrity of the upright will guide them” – Proverbs 11:3.

Richard Myers

Richard has been married to his wife Nancy for 45 years and has two sons Mitch and Whit. The blessings that Bates & Myers Company has enjoyed over the years have been lasting relationships that have flourished and grown. Richard is most proud of the reputation the company has received for high integrity and business relations with long-term customers.
